Experience 21 is an intentional, immersive experience packed with game-changing insights that will transform the way you think about the customer and employee experience. You’ll hear from experience leaders and get insights on the new playbook, and learn how to not only withstand this shift, but thrive on it.

What day and time is Experience 21?
Experience 21 will be a flexible format with live engagement on May 18-20, 2021 from 8:00am to 12:00pm pacific time.
What is the cost to attend Experience 21?

What is the format of Experience 21?
Experience 21 is a flexible and immersive virtual format designed with a community atmosphere in mind to allow our attendees to engage, inspire and learn. One week before Experience 21, on-demand content will be released for attendees to watch at their leisure and prepare questions.
Once Experience 21 goes live on May 18th, attendees will be able to engage with customer speakers and thought leaders through fireside live Q&A sessions. They will also have the opportunity to engage with peers and share ideas and as well as have access to meet with Medallia experts in 1:1 meetings or attend the Medallia Hub for live demos.
Will there be a virtual Keynote?
Yes! We will kick off Experience 21 with our keynote on May 18, 2021 at 8:00 AM Pacific Time.
Will there be any sessions in my regional time zone?
All sessions will launch at 8:00am - 12:00pm Pacific Time with extended hours for Meet the Experts meetings and Medallia hub.
How and where can I watch the sessions?
You will be sent an invitation to view the pre-event content and the Virtual Platform a before the conference with an invite link to log-in, test your audio/visual, and explore the platform. You’ll also receive a courtesy email with the direct link within 24 hours of the conference start time.

Will sessions be given in my local language?
The virtual platform will be hosted in English. However, there will be live voice translation for Keynotes and Customer Sessions in the following languages:

What are the audio/visual requirements?
For the best experience we recommend viewing on a desktop computer using a Chrome browser. However, Firefox and Safari are supported as well. You will be able to test your Audio/visual once you log in.
What type of sessions can I expect?

Will sessions be live or on-demand?
Pre-event content will be on-demand one week before Experience 21. All sessions on May 18-20 you will be able to watch and interact with live and in the moment.
Can I still view the keynote and sessions if I don’t attend the Experience 21?
If you register for Experience 21 and cannot join us live, the sessions will be available for on-demand viewing after experience. If you haven’t registered for the virtual summit, you can do so here.
What content will be recorded?
The Keynote and Customer Fireside chats will be recorded. Other sessions may not be recorded due to their structure.
Due to the engaging and interactive format of the Experience 21, attendees may be recorded in these sessions. Should you not want to be recorded, you will have the option to disable your video during the event.
