Q. What day and time will the Experience ‘20 Virtual Summit be?

A. The Experience ‘20 Virtual Summit will be on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 and will begin at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.

Q. What is the cost to attend the Experience ’20 Virtual Summit?

The virtual experience is free to attendees. Everyone who was registered for the Experience ’20 in-person event was automatically updated to join the Virtual Summit. If you have not yet registered, please sign up to receive updates here.

Q. Where can I watch the sessions?

A. On May 13th at 9am PDT all registrants will be able to join the summit by visiting You’ll also receive a courtesy email with the direct link. If you haven’t registered for the virtual summit, you can do so here.

Q. If I registered for the Experience ’20 live event will I receive a refund?

A. Experience ‘20 registration fees have been refunded to the original form of payments as of March 31st. Please email [email protected] if you have not received a refund.

Q. Will there be a virtual Keynote?

A. Yes! You’ll hear from our CEO, Leslie Stretch, as he discusses this large behavioral shift in modern history and practical tips for staying close to your people. Then join CPO Sarika Khanna as she explains how new signals, deeper machine learning and AI will empower customers and employees in live-time.

Q. When will sessions be available to watch?

The opening keynote will begin at 9am PDT, with President & CEO, Leslie Stretch, and EVP & Chief Product Officer, Sarika Khanna.

Then, you can choose which MedalliaTalk to attend. At 9:45am PDT select to watch a fireside chat with Fred Reichheld, Creator of the Net Promoter System, or a fireside chat with Josh Bersin, Industry Analyst and EX Thought Leader.

At 10:15am PDT additional sessions unlock. Jump into a variety of Medallia Customer MasterCast stories or Medallia Product PowerUp sessions. There will be plenty for you to explore.

A. If you register for the virtual summit and cannot join at 9:00 AM PDT, the sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until August.

Q. Are training sessions or workshops going to be part of Experience ‘20 Virtual Summit?

Medallia considers the health of its employees, customers and partners as one of its primary concerns. In light of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we have evaluated the risks ahead of our Experience 2020 conference in Las Vegas on May 12-14 this year. And with an abundance of caution, we have determined that the event can proceed as planned. Medallia will continue to monitor the situation, follow the evolving guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and adjust plans as necessary. Is my hotel fee included in the conference registration fee?

No, the conference registration fee does not include hotel room fees or transportation costs.

Are there special conference hotel rates?

Yes, a discounted rate of $138 (excluding tax and fees) for a standard room has been negotiated for Experience '20 attendees at the conference venue, the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

How do I book a hotel room for Experience '20?

Once you have registered for Experience ‘20, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to book your hotel accommodations with our discounted rates.

Can I make a hotel reservation without a credit card?

No, the hotel requires a credit card to make a reservation.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Please refer to the hotel website for specific cancellation policy details.

What if I don't check in on my scheduled arrival date?

The hotel will charge you for one night's accommodation and cancel your reservation.

Can I transfer my hotel reservation to another attendee?

Yes. Please contact the hotel directly to revise the reservation.

Which airport is closest to the venue?

McCarran International Airport (LAS)

Is airfare included in my conference registration?

No, the conference fee does not include airfare or transportation costs.

How do I arrange transportation from the airport to the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino?

The hotel is approximately 2.2 miles (7 minute drive) from McCarran International Airport. Average taxi fare is $15. There is no need to pre-arrange arrival transportation. You can secure a taxi upon arrival at the airport.

Is parking included in my conference registration fee?

No, parking/valet fees are not included as part of your conference registration cost. The MGM offers self parking at $15 per day or valet parking at $24 per day. Please note: Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability. For more information, please visit the MGM Grand website.

When can I register for breakout sessions?

You will be able to pre-register for sessions. The agenda builder will be made available 2 months before the conference.

How do I register for sessions?

Once the agenda builder is available, you will be able to build your agenda from the registration platform. You will receive an email for this when it is available with detailed instructions.

How do I modify my agenda?

Detailed instructions will be available once the agenda builder goes live.

Will conference presentations be made available after the event?

All presentation decks approved for distribution by the presenter will be available in the Conference Library a few weeks following the conference. Please note that all speakers have the option to opt-out of sharing their presentations publicly once the event concludes.

What is the recommended attire for Experience '20?

The Conference attire is business casual.

When will the Exhibit Hall be open?

The exhibit hall will be open on Wednesday, May 13 and Thursday May 14, 2020. Additional details will be available closer to the event date.

Will I have an opportunity to meet with a Medallia expert?

Yes! Attendees are encouraged to schedule time with an expert prior to their arrival for Experience ‘20. Additionally, Medallia Experts will be available in the Hub. More information will be available on meet-the-experts closer to the event.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes! The mobile app will be released a month before the event starts. You will receive an email when it is available to download.

Who should I contact if I have special dietary needs or allergies, or require special assistance in any way?
